Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 November 2026

Hexland is an online game made by HEXAGO (hxago.com). By creating an account you agree to these terms. Questions: business@hxago.com.

Your account

Playing fair

No cheats, bots, macros, changed game files, exploiting bugs, or anything that plays for you or gives you what the game doesn't. Found a bug? Tell us, and don't use it.

How to behave

In chat, on signs, in world names and in what you build: no harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, spam, scams, or sharing anyone's personal details (yours included). Report players who do.

Gems and items

What you build

Worlds are shared: what you build and write there can be seen by every player. You keep what you make, and you let us store and show it in the game for as long as it is there.

When rules are broken

We may remove content, take back things gained unfairly, mute, ban from worlds, or close accounts, for a while or for good.

The game as it is

Hexland is made by a small team and is still growing. It can be down, have bugs, or lose recent progress. We do our best, but it comes as it is, without promises, and to the extent the law allows we are not responsible for losses from using it.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time: Menu → Settings → Account → Delete account, or on the web at hexland.hxago.com/delete-account. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

Changes and law

If these terms change, this page and its date change with it; playing on means you accept the new ones. Turkish law applies.
